The manager- Ms Florence, Ms Wai San - the beauty consultant n Ms Angel - the beautician, all 3 of them are so friendly as if treating me like a friend instead of customer. No hard sales on the products by them too. Feel very comfortable n relax while discussing my face issue. Its my 1st time that I signed up immediately the package n during my 1st facial package appointment, I signed up another 2 package without 2nd thought as I loves their service n professionalism. My treatment started from Jean yip Parkway Parade hair, then I come to Jean Yip Loft. I used to be under Felicia (Beauty) then was taken over by Wai San which is my currently Consultant. She is professional, friendly and helped with my appointment. My beautician is Syan, she’s good and take care of my face. May is good too as she do for me my body wellness treatment and foot reflex. I am happy in loft.
